2021: Inaugural Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, Learning Environment hired to focus on improving the learning environment with attention to student mistreatment and/or microaggressions

January 2022: The Committee on the Learning Environment meets to identify broad principles for a Program for a Healthy Learning Environment:

• Transparency, accountability, goal to no longer need to exist
